Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seatly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Description of Service

Seatly provides a waitlist and reservation management system for restaurants in Canada. Our service includes:

• Digital waitlist management
• SMS notifications
• Table management
• Analytics and reporting

Account Registration

To use Seatly, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be legally authorized to operate the restaurant
• Be at least 18 years old

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Send spam or unauthorized messages
• Attempt to breach security
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Violate any Canadian laws or regulations

Payment Terms

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• 3-month free trial for new accounts
• Monthly or annual billing options
• Payment processed via Stripe
• Applicable taxes will be added

SMS Usage

• You are responsible for obtaining consent from guests
• Must comply with CASL regulations
• SMS charges apply after included monthly allowance
• Abuse may result in account suspension

Intellectual Property

• Seatly retains all rights to the service
• You retain rights to your restaurant data
• You grant us license to use your data to provide the service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Seatly is provided "as is"
• We disclaim all warranties
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect damages

Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
• We may suspend accounts for violations
• You can export your data before termination
• Refunds are not provided for partial months

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
